At Mauviel1830, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our French-crafted cookware; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused cookware in its original Mauviel1830 packaging to ensure the copper or stainless steel remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
